Fix & Flip Loan Programs

NSS Lending's fix 'n' flip loans allow experienced and non-experienced US and foreign investors to purchase properties, renovate them, and then resell them for a profit. Our loan amount will be limited to 70% of the after repair value (75% if you qualify as a Pro) so, if you buy right, you may qualify for up to 100% financing.  If flipping the property is not your plan, we can help with your BRRRR strategy by refinancing your short-term bridge loan to a long-term DSCR loan.  You can obtain financing for up to 75% of the newly appraised value.
