Teri started investing in real estate in 1999 and completed her last and final (we think?) renovation on a historic Chicago Greystone in 2007, at which time she transitioned away from renovating old buildings to full time operations of Chicago Guest House, LLC, www.chicagoguesthouse.com, a short-term rental business made up of six incredible vacation rental apartments in three buildings, located in one of Chicago's most sought after northside neighborhoods---Wrigleyville.  Home to the beloved Cubs!!

Her partner, Neal AKA: Hardest Working, Most Persistent Man on Earth and she decided to return to real estate, not to start rehabbing again, but rather as consultants and loan processors working with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and real estate investors interested in funding for fix ‘n’ flips both residential and commercial, buy and hold rentals, cash out refinance, ground up construction and portfolio properties.
